AHSABI is funding the Dean P. Corey Scholarship which is awarded to graduating band students to help with their continued education beyond high school. Arlington High has a long tradition of band graduates becoming music teachers, professional musicians, as well as involved in community service through community bands and praise bands. It is important to encourage our young adults to continue being involved in music and other fine arts throughout their lives. The Dean P. Corey Scholarship is one way that we can promote the importance of music in our lives.
